MVP & VALUE PROPOSITION

 

 


Our purpose was to understand the needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and the context within which they operate. We spoke to 80 SMEs in 3 countries representing growing, unstable and crisis economies. We interviewed 50 stakeholders, evaluated 29 concepts and reviewed competitive and landscape trends.

We organized our findings around a set of four design archetypes, identified needs and motivations for each, then told their stories with user journeys
.

 

Based upon our research insights, we created a set of value propositions to help identify key product opportunities. Finally, we put all the pieces together and designed a minimal viable product (MVP) to deliver the experiential components of the SME value proposition.

 

A Design Thinking methodology was used as the foundation for our value propositions and product design solutions.
